Go With That
Therapy for when life feels stuck
I provide trauma-informed therapy in Washington, DC for children, teens, and adults, including individual and group therapy. I specialize in helping people work through anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions, with a particular focus on EMDR for processing overwhelming experiences. My approach is collaborative and practical, focused on helping you feel safer, more connected, and able to move forward in ways that actually last.
Whether you are looking for support for your child, trying to help your teen through a difficult season, or feeling overwhelmed yourself, therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what is happening, and begin to feel more grounded.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and relationship stress. My goal is to create a space that feels steady and compassionate, and supports the changes you want to see.
Who I Work With
I specialize in work with neurodivergent individuals and LGBTQIA+ clients. I aim to create a space that is affirming, respectful, and responsive to each person’s identity and lived experience. Whether we are focusing on specific challenges or broader questions of identity and belonging, therapy is tailored to feel safe, validating, and culturally informed.
